Minor annoyance: the free Wi-Fi at DIA leaves a lot to be desired. I was able to use it (briefly) before it cut out completely, but even then it wasn't great. It kept making me watch advertisements before I could click anything. Boo!
But what really prompted me to write this... When I first got to my gate (after paying ten bucks for a salad), a man across the concourse was literally screaming at the gate agent about his ticket. It had apparently been going on for a while because all of the people at all of the gates in the area were already staring. The gate agent finally raised her voice and said, "if you do not leave this desk, I will call the police!" And guess what!!! She did! They escorted him out of the concourse, presumably to Guantanamo.
Just in case this ends up as national news, I was there!

AWESOME! I'm usually on the side of people getting their comeuppance. I do realize dealing with gate agents can be infuriating, but I really don't think there's ever a reason to scream. It's not personal.
Glad you made it to DIA!!
