We stopped by Miniroo, an internet-based baby shop that's closing its local store. We bought a onesie that says "Peanut." :)
They had really cool furniture...totally not like the rest of our house, but appearing to be very handy. For example: http://www.miniroo.com/bbu10501-bb.html
No news yet jenn. But, it is getting really close! The nursery hardwood floors are finished as of today. Tomorrow hopefully we can finish the painting. The crib is all set-up too...OMG...I may freak out a little.... I need a beer.
SO exciting! I hope you and Laura are enjoying the "getting ready" stage. I was just reading this short story where the author wrote: "I had the sense that those last months as a twosome were as important as our upcoming months as a threesome: they felt like part of someone's happy childhood." Which they are!
Very true. We were painting last night and took photos to share with the babe when it gets older. We also bought our first piece of baby clothing. Its a little shirt that says "peanut" on it :)
We're going to see "The Dark Knight" (filmed in Chicago) with some friends. Also, S&L, I submitted my passport application *sing-songy*
